For me the key value is to be authentic and at Coca‑Cola HBC I can — I'm not compromising my principles in my daily job and when communicating with my managers.
At Coca‑Cola Hellenic Bottling Company (CCHBC) we’re not afraid of change! We’re always trying to challenge ourselves, trying to do things outside the box.
I joined Coca‑Cola Hellenic Bottling Company (CCHBC) as part of the Management Trainee programme in Bulgaria five years ago, and now I am the Manufacturing Finance Support Supervisor, responsible for financial controls for my supply chain colleagues.
10 years ago, I started as a maintenance technician at Coca‑Cola Hellenic Bottling Company (CCHBC) before I got the opportunity to become Production Manager – and then Plant Manager – when all of the Romerquelle operations were moved to the small village of Edelstal.
I had just finished my degree and I wanted to join a multinational company, so I was looking for a position that would really help me learn and give me international exposure. CCHBC was in the market at the time, looking for new recruits.
I never thought I would be able to learn so much in so short a time. It pushes me to my limits, but this is the kind of experience I need for two to three years in order to take a big next step in my career.
