The best employers in Ukraine were named at a special ceremony during the Kyiv Post Job Fair on 16 September 2017
The best employers are identified annually in the results of a survey conducted in partnership of Ernst & Young and the Kyiv Post, Ukrainian English-language media. Among the key criteria, which served to select the best, were:
Employees training and development
Career development within the Company
Compensations and benefits
Stability of operations
"Answering the survey questions, we presented our results in training and development and demonstrated specific examples of internal promotions within our Company. A whole bunch of questions were related to the labor conditions, operational stability, compensations and benefits. Our Company is among the few that has been consistently developing its business in Ukraine for 25 years, and our results in each of the listed areas are very high. The companies that made the list were the following (in alphabetical order): Bayer, Ciklum, Coca‑Cola, Ukrainian energy holding DTEK, Ukrainian mobile operator Kyivstar, Mars Ukraine, McDonald's, Ukrainian metallurgy holding Metinvest, Ukrainian subsidiary of the confectionary Mondelez and Syngenta. The companies were nominated by CEOs and heads of human resource departments of top Ukrainian and international companies, and evaluated based on features like the company's image, corporate culture, salaries and others.
